AnajOS ERP and AnajOS Retail are licensed to businesses under a separate written agreement or order form. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about AnajOS and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Intellectual property

The AnajOS name, logos, app icons, illustrations and content on this website belong to White Shelf Technologies or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

4. No warranty

We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided “as is”. Product features can change as we improve AnajOS. Our commitments to customers are set out in their agreements.

5. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, White Shelf Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
